Electronic transfer (EFT)
Consultation costs
TERMS :
- I make use of EFT (electronic payments) and an invoice would be sent after consultation for immediate payment. No further sessions are arranged unless payment for previous consultations are covered.
- I work as an independent practitioner and I am not affiliated with any Dutch Health Insurance providers. Please check with your health insurance provider to see whether there are any reimbursements available.
Consultation
